Terms & Conditions
Last updated
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of www.fareclue.com (the “Site”) and the travel-related services provided through FareClue. FareClue is operated by Travel Pae Private Limited, an Indian company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India (“FareClue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, submitting a travel inquiry, communicating with a FareClue representative, requesting a quotation, or proceeding with a booking through FareClue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or submit a travel request through FareClue.
1. Our Role
FareClue operates as an independent travel agency and travel booking intermediary.
FareClue assists customers in researching, comparing, quoting, and arranging travel services using information, fares, and inventory obtained through third-party travel suppliers, global distribution systems, consolidators, affiliate partners, and other third-party service providers.
FareClue does not own, operate, or control aircraft or airline flight operations.
Airlines and other travel suppliers are independently responsible for the operation and provision of their respective travel services, including flight schedules, aircraft, baggage policies, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, and other carrier-specific matters.
FareClue does not represent itself as an airline or as an official website of any airline.
2. Airline Names, Logos and Trademarks
FareClue may display airline names, logos, trademarks, service marks, aircraft images, and other airline-related identifiers on the Site.
All such third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
References to airline names, logos, and other marks are used for identification, informational, travel comparison, quotation, and booking-assistance purposes.
The display of an airline name or logo does not mean that the airline:
- Owns FareClue;
- Operates FareClue;
- Sponsors FareClue;
- Endorses FareClue;
- Has approved FareClue;
- Has authorized FareClue; or
- Is otherwise affiliated with FareClue.
FareClue does not claim ownership of third-party airline trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site or request travel services through FareClue.
If a booking includes a minor, the booking and associated information must be provided or authorized by the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult.
4. Travel Inquiries and Lead Forms
FareClue may provide forms through which users submit information regarding their intended travel.
Submitting a form does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.
After receiving your inquiry, FareClue may contact you using the contact information provided by you to:
- Clarify your travel requirements;
- Search available travel options;
- Provide fare information;
- Provide a quotation;
- Discuss available itineraries;
- Explain applicable travel conditions; or
- Assist with a requested booking.
A travel inquiry remains subject to availability and confirmation.
5. Fares, Prices and Availability
Fares and prices displayed on the Site or communicated during the inquiry process may change before a booking is finalized.
Travel prices can be affected by:
- Airline pricing;
- Fare-class availability;
- Demand;
- Taxes;
- Government charges;
- Airport charges;
- Surcharges;
- Currency fluctuations; and
- Other supplier or market conditions.
Any fare displayed on the Site should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that the same fare will remain available.
The final price applicable to a booking will be communicated before the applicable payment is processed.
6. Quotations
A quotation provided by FareClue is subject to the terms stated in the quotation and the availability of the underlying travel service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not guarantee that the quoted fare or itinerary will remain available indefinitely.
FareClue may need to reconfirm availability and pricing before finalizing a booking.
7. Booking Confirmation
A booking is not considered final solely because a customer has submitted a lead form or received an initial quotation.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the applicable booking process has been completed and confirmation has been provided by FareClue or the relevant travel supplier.
Where applicable, the booking may remain subject to the airline or supplier’s acceptance and confirmation.
8. Customer Information and Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to FareClue is accurate and complete.
This includes, where applicable:
- Passenger names;
- Dates of birth;
- Travel dates;
- Destinations;
- Passport information;
- Contact information;
- Travel-document information; and
- Other information required to complete a booking.
Airlines and travel suppliers may impose fees, restrictions, or other consequences for incorrect passenger information.
FareClue is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
9. Payment
Where a booking proceeds to payment, the customer agrees to pay the amount communicated and agreed upon before the transaction is processed.
Payment may be processed through FareClue or an applicable third-party payment provider, depending on the transaction.
By authorizing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
FareClue may require payment confirmation before finalizing or issuing a travel booking.
10. Service Fees
FareClue may charge service or transaction fees in connection with certain travel services.
Where applicable, any FareClue service fee will be communicated before the applicable payment is finalized.
Service fees may be separate from the airline’s fare, taxes, government charges, supplier fees, or other travel-related charges.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, service fees associated with a processed booking may be non-refundable.
11. Airline and Supplier Terms
Travel services arranged through FareClue may be subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, restrictions, and policies of the applicable airline or travel supplier.
These may include rules concerning:

Some fares may be:
- Non-refundable;
- Non-changeable;
- Subject to change fees;
- Subject to fare differences; or
- Subject to other restrictions.
A request submitted to FareClue does not automatically guarantee a cancellation, change, or refund.
Customers should contact FareClue as soon as possible when requesting a change or cancellation because airline and supplier deadlines may apply.
Where a refund is permitted, processing may depend on the applicable airline, supplier, payment provider, and applicable fare rules.
FareClue service fees may be non-refundable once the applicable booking service has been processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Flight Schedules, Delays and Cancellations
Airlines control their flight operations and may change:
- Flight schedules;
- Departure times;
- Arrival times;
- Aircraft;
- Routes;
- Connections;
- Seats; or
- Other operational details.
Flights may also be delayed, cancelled, diverted, or otherwise disrupted.
FareClue does not control airline operations and cannot guarantee that a flight will operate according to the original itinerary.
Where FareClue receives information concerning a schedule change or other disruption, we may assist customers in communicating with or obtaining available options from the relevant airline or supplier.
14. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents and satisfy applicable entry, transit, immigration, visa, passport, health, and other requirements.
Requirements may vary depending on:
- Nationality;
- Destination;
- Transit location;
- Travel purpose;
- Passport;
- Residency status; and
- Applicable government regulations.
FareClue does not guarantee admission into any country or territory.
Customers should independently verify applicable requirements with the relevant government authorities and travel providers before departure.
