Repeat Violations
FareClue reserves the right to remove content, restrict services, suspend access, or terminate relationships with users, vendors, suppliers, or partners that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
FareClue acts as an independent travel intermediary and does not guarantee ownership or licensing status of all third-party content supplied by external airlines, consolidators, global distribution systems, affiliate networks, or travel suppliers.
Reservation of Rights
Travel Pae Private Limited reserves all rights available under applicable law and may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
